A warehouse for storing pharmaceutical products to be built in the Moscow region
The Ministry of Housing Policy of the Moscow Region has issued a permit to build a warehouse for storing pharmaceutical products in the Naro-Fominsk municipal district on Chekhov Street. The developer is OOO VITEO. This is reported on the official portal of the Ministry.
The warehouse building is the second phase of the construction project. The area of the facility is 1440 square meters. It is planned to invest 35 million rubles. The warehouse will be used for the storage of finished products and equipment.
As part of the first phase, a production facility with an area of 700 square meters is already being built. It will house automated lines for the production of a disinfectant based on ionic silver. The solution may be used as an ingredient for medicinal creams, ointments and antiseptic dressings.
The construction of both facilities is supervised by the Construction Assistance Center under the Government of the Moscow region.
The production should be built in the late 2021, and the warehouse in the late 2022. There will be 20 new jobs.
