The analytical company RNC Pharma provided information on the activity of the production of medicines in Russia in July 2023. The total monetary volume of finished drugs production showed a long-term dynamics at the level of 17%. The company notes that “so far this is an absolute record not only for the current year, but also for the last 14 months.”
The total value of medicines shipped in July amounted to 56.1 billion rubles. In July 2022, natural dynamics showed an increase of +2.8%. Pharmaceutical companies manufactured an impressive total of 297.5 million medicine packages in July.
The production volume of finished drugs surged to 398.6 billion rubles between January and July. In the period from January to July 2023, a total of 414 companies shipped drugs. This indicates a growth of 26 companies compared to the corresponding period in 2022.
