The Russian Ministry of Health has approved clinical trials for the drug Ringavital (imidazolylethanamide of pentanedioic acid, Pharmstandard), which is a generic version of Ingavirin from Valenta Pharmaceuticals. The study will examine the bioequivalence of the new drug compared to the reference drug.
It is planned to test the drug on 32 healthy volunteers at the clinical hospital in Yaroslavl until December 2024. The original drug is available both in capsules (30 and 90 mg) and in the form of syrup (30 mg/5 ml). Pharmstandard will produce 90 mg capsules.
