The procedures to expedite drug registration and obtain permits for drug use in treating patients, including those with coronavirus, will be extended for at least another year, as announced by Deputy Minister of Health of the Russian Federation, Sergei Glagolev. According to him, 14 drugs have been registered in Russia under the accelerated registration procedure, four of them are Russian.
Expediting the process of obtaining permits for using drugs to treat patients with coronavirus and registering medical products at state level allows for the swift introduction of essential goods to combat the epidemic.
