Generium, the pharmaceutical company, is set to finalize its new drug production facility, Generium-Next, located in the Technopolis Moscow Special Economic Zone (Alabushevo), by the end of 2024. According to the Technopolis website, the production complex is specifically engineered to manufacture medications targeting bronchial asthma, cardiovascular conditions, as well as orphan and genetic diseases.
The drug production capacity will be 150 thousand units of products per year. According to Vladimir Efimov, the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations, the total investment for establishing the enterprise amounts to nearly 5 billion rubles. The pharmaceutical plant with an area of 29,000 sq. m. should be completed by the end of 2024.
