The Russian Ministry of Health is amending government acts to extend their validity. The project is under public discussion until November 15, following Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova’s August 22 order to bolster economic stability amid sanctions in the medical and pharmaceutical sectors.
The initiative provides for the extension of decrees No. 593 and No. 440, regulating the specifics of drug circulation in the event of a shortage or threat of its occurrence due to sanctions, until the end of 2027. It is planned to extend the validity of decrees No. 441, No. 552 and No. 430, concerning the circulation of medical drugs and products in emergency situations, as well as in the event of a threat of their shortage due to sanctions restrictions, until the beginning of 2028.
