A new pharmaceutical production facility has been launched in the Minsk Free Economic Zone. The enterprise of the Onco Solutions company will focus on the production of sterile parenteral forms of antitumor drugs.
The production complex, built with an investment of over 50 million Belarusian rubles (about 1.5 billion rubles), can produce 500,000 vials of drugs each year. The range will include critically important drugs such as azacitidine, cabazitaxel, pemetrexed and carfilzomib, with the prospect of further expansion of the product line.
The strategic importance of the project is determined by its focus on both the domestic market of Belarus and export. It is expected that the export component will reach 80% of the total production volume. The geography of deliveries will cover Russia, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan and other countries.
