Licenses and other permits in a number of areas and industries will be extend automatically in 2021. The corresponding decree was signed by Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.
The decree applies to legal relations since January 1, 2021.
We are talking about socially significant industries, including medicine, pharmaceuticals, as well as the field of education, ecology, and labor protection. The decision will automatically extend the validity of more than 450 thousand permits. The right of authorities, if necessary, to use distance tools of control when obtaining, re-issuing, renewing permits.
Mikhail Mishustin announced the willingness of the necessary resolution at the end of January at an operational meeting with his deputies. According to the head of government, such a measure of support during the spread of coronavirus has shown its effectiveness.
