OOO “Zavod Medsintez” made an official statement in connection with media reports about a claim filed by the Department of Rospotrebnadzor in the Sverdlovsk region to the Arbitration Court of the region against the pharmaceutical enterprise in connection with the violations that were revealed during a scheduled inspection.
The territorial department of Rospotrebnadzor for the Sverdlovsk region in Nizhny Tagil, in Prigorodny and Verkhne-Saldinsky districts, in Nizhniaya Salda, Kirovograd and Nevyansky district filed a claim to the Arbitration Court of the region with the demand to bring OOO “Zavod Medsintez” to administrative responsibility.
“During the scheduled inspection, Rospotrebnadzor revealed two violations, out of more than 200 items in regulatory acts subject to verification. The violations are not related to the production of medicines and do not affect the safety of all products manufactured by OOO “Zavod Medsintez”. They concern the organization of employee admission to the laboratory of the pharmaceutical enterprise and the inspection of the equipment of the laboratory itself. Now the violations are being eliminated,” the company explained.
Earlier it was reported that Medsintez in Novouralsk released test batches of Sputnik V.
