The Circle of Kindness Foundation reports that the organization now has an information hotline. Parents of children with severe orphan diseases can learn about the opportunities of getting assistance from the Foundation, as well as about the basic principles and rules, the diseases for which the Foundation supplies drugs and the list of drugs that can be provided, by calling 8(800) 201-62-26. In addition, one can ask any other questions about medical care for children with severe and rare diseases.
The hotline will operate from 9:00 to 19:00 on weekdays. From 19:00 to 9:00 and on non-working days, appeals are recorded, and the personnel call everybody back later.
If the call is about receiving information concerning specific children receiving assistance from the Foundation or children who need such assistance, the call is switched on to the employees of the Foundation, who answer such question. And if the request is beyond the scope of activities of the Circle of Kindness, the hotline personnel will try to suggest other ways for the caller to get help at partner resources.
As before, one can contact the Roszdravnadzor hotline at 8(800)550-99-03 with any questions concerning drug supply.
Earlier, it has become known that the Circle of Kindness Foundation will provide Trikafta for children with cystic fibrosis.
