Rosselkhoznadzor (the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance) has decided to suspend the license of OOO BioPharmGarant for the production, storage and sale of sterile medicines in the form of powders, ointments, solutions, and injectable solutions; production, storage, and sale of non-sterile medicines in the form of solutions and powders. This was stated in the department.
This measure was introduced due to the company’s multiple breaches of Rosselkhoznadzor’s instructions to eliminate gross violations of licensing requirements within the prescribed period.
As it was emphasized in the department, the suspension of the license would last until the identified violations were eliminated.
BioPharmGarant was created in 2009. It produces and improves veterinary drugs, as well as promotes their use in animal husbandry.
Rosselkhoznadzor has previously suspended the sale of veterinary vitamins produced in Spain.
