According to Pharmasintez Group, Pharmasintez-Nord is preparing to launch the second stage of the plant, with the facility being very near completion. The volume of investments in the project exceeds 4.5 billion rubles.
On April 22, the Governor of St. Petersburg Aleksandr Beglov paid a working visit to Pharmasintez-Nord, the pharmaceutical complex. The governor appreciated the high degree of readiness for the industrial production of medicinal products at one of the largest pharmaceutical enterprises of the city, in the Special Economic Zone St. Petersburg.
“It will be one of the largest enterprises in the country. And if we look at all the pharmaceutical enterprises of the city, it turns out that St. Petersburg is not only a cultural capital, but also a biotechnological one,” the governor noted.
The company’s message states that this enterprise will develop and produce biotechnological medicines, including antitumor drugs not inferior to world analogues. More than 700 new jobs will be created here.
