Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin has officially signed the decree regarding this matter.
Now, when making these purchases, it is permissible to group together medical products of different types into a single batch. This measure will significantly decrease the amount of procurement procedures and expedite the delivery of essential products to healthcare facilities.
