In the urban areas of Chernogolovka, Dubna, Korolev, and Dolgoprudny, located in the Moscow region, there are plans to construct two new plants, as well as modernize two existing ones. The enterprises will launch production of import-substituting products in the field of medicine and pharmaceuticals. The Moscow Region Ministry of Investment, Industry, and Science estimates the total investment volume at 5.2 billion rubles.
The factories will create about 800 jobs for residents of the Moscow region. It is noted that the enterprise on the territory of Chernogolovka is planned to be launched this year. The investor has been granted a preferential loan from the Industrial Development Fund (IDF) of the Russian Federation to acquire the necessary equipment.
The ministry added that companies can take advantage of other regional support measures. Thus, within the framework of the “Land for 1 ruble” program, entrepreneurs can lease land plots at a rate of 1 ruble per year. These conditions are valid for three years. If the enterprise is successfully launched, the investor will have the opportunity to purchase the site “below market value” for only 15% of its cadastral value.
The “Land for 1 ruble” program was recently used by the Biosynthesis Technologies company (65% owned by Skopinfarm), which received a site on the territory of the Nakhabino Park industrial park in Krasnogorsk near Moscow for the construction of an enterprise for the production of specialized medical nutrition.
