The holding company “Natsibio” of Rostec State Corporation has commenced the production of vaccines for the upcoming autumn vaccination campaign against influenza. The strain composition of the drugs has been updated. Natsbio plans to supply 70.6 million doses of influenza vaccines: 56.5 million doses of trivalent drugs and 14.1 million doses of quadrivalent ones. The vaccines will contain updated types of strains.
Since 2015, Natsibio has played a crucial role as a supplier of immunological drugs that are fully produced in the Russian Federation. These drugs are used within the national calendar of preventive vaccinations (NCPP). In March 2024, the Russian government again designated the holding as the sole executor of centralized procurement of NCPP vaccines. This status will remain for Natsibio until the end of 2025.
