The Russian Ministry of Health has proposed a plan to categorize patients into groups based on the presence of chronic diseases or risk factors for their development, similar to a medical examination. Women and men aged 18 to 49 are proposed to be divided into three groups based on the presence of chronic diseases or risk factors for their development. The recommendations also indicate a course of action for patients who have identified problems.
Recommendations have been forwarded to the heads of governmental health authorities, chief physicians of medical organizations, urologists, surgeons, and obstetricians-gynecologists who are actively engaged in the clinical examination process. Both male and female patients should be categorized into groups based on whether they have chronic diseases or risk factors for their development.
