Recommendations have been forwarded to the heads of governmental health authorities, chief physicians of medical organizations, urologists, surgeons, and obstetricians-gynecologists who are actively engaged in the clinical examination process. Both male and female patients should be categorized into groups based on whether they have chronic diseases or risk factors for their development.
