Moscow Region Ministry and AlPharma signed an agreement to create high-tech complex in Dubna for medicine development and production, including drugs for cancer treatment. Once the enterprise reaches its design capacity, it will be capable of producing a minimum of 400 million tablet medications annually. This includes 15 million antitumor capsules and tablets, over 3 million doses of antitumor hormones, and at least 40 million inhaled medications.
“As part of the investment project, the company will build a high-tech enterprise for the production of medicines. Investments in the project will amount to more than 1.2 billion rubles. The investor plans to begin construction of the first stage of the complex in the first quarter of 2025. Put into operation the entire complex with an area of ​​more than 6,300 square meters is planned for the first half of 2028. At the first stage, more than 50 jobs will be created at the enterprise in the urban district of Dubna; with the launch of the second stage, the staff will be increased by another 50 people,” noted Ekaterina Zinovieva.
