Promomed, a Russian pharmaceutical company, has produced the first batch of Nilotinib, an antitumor drug used to treat blood cancer. The drug will be in capsule form with dosages of 150 and 200 mg. Nilotinib is a vital and essential drug.
“The pharmacological activity of the newly developed and synthesized substance in the workshop was proven in bioequivalence studies. Thus, Promomed is ready to launch an effective antitumor drug on the market, without violating the exclusive rights of a foreign company,” the press service said.
