The project involves creating an information resource for the federal initiative “Medical Personnel,” with a focus on reducing the healthcare worker shortage from 2025 to 2030. This effort is expected to enhance the availability of medical professionals across Russia.
Additionally, there will be an increase in admissions to medical programs in secondary vocational education institutions. This comprehensive approach aims to strengthen the healthcare workforce and ensure better medical care for the population.
