Russia to Conduct 90,000 IVF Cycles Under Mandatory Health Insurance in 2024

Russian Health Minister Mikhail Murashko announced plans to conduct 90,000 in vitro fertilization (IVF) cycles under the mandatory health insurance program in 2024. This announcement was made during a meeting of the Organizing Committee for the Year of the Family.

Murashko also highlighted ongoing motivational initiatives for women in their reproductive decision-making phase. Over 176,000 women have already received psychological counseling and participated in motivational surveys.
