According to a report from the Russian Ministry of Finance, as of September 1, 2024, federal budget spending on national projects reached 2.024 trillion rubles, which constitutes 64.5% of the planned budget. The highest level of implementation is for the national projects “Demography” (77.6%), “Culture” (73.7%) and “Healthcare” (69.1%).
Out of the 289 billion rubles designated for the year, 200 billion have been utilized to advance the objectives of the national project “Healthcare.” Currently, the federal project “Development of a network of national medical research centers and the introduction of innovative medical technologies” is progressing rapidly, with 86.6% of its funding, or 8.7 billion rubles out of 10 billion, already allocated.
