A new pharmaceutical manufacturing plant is set to launch in Primorsky Krai by “Pharm DV,” a company that has been granted resident status in the Free Port of Vladivostok (FPV). They are committing 1.7 million rubles to establish the facility. From 2025, the facility is planned to produce antibacterial agents, oral care products, and various cosmetic products.
The project is crucial for boosting the region’s industrial capabilities and supporting the import substitution program in cosmetic chemistry. State support ensures timely production start. FPV residency offers business opportunities, including tax and administrative benefits. There are 14 medical projects in Primorye (a federal subject (a krai) of Russia, part of the Far Eastern Federal District in the Russian Far East) with a total investment of 820 million rubles.
