In December 2024, the Russian pharmaceutical market experienced stable price movements. Rosstat statistics reveal that the average price of medicines not classified as vital and essential has risen by 0.4% since November.
Among drugs not included in the list of vital and essential drugs, the following items increased in price:
“Essentiale forte N” and “Rengalin” (up by 1.6%);
“Enterosgel” (+1.4%);
“Ergoferon” (+1.3%);
“Magne B6” (+1.2%);
“Allochol”, “Methyluracil” and “Mydocalm” (+0.9%);
“Levomekol” (+0.8%);
“Nimesulide”, multivitamins and “Citramon” (+0.7%);
“Taurine” (+0.6%);
“Ketorol Express” (+0.5%).
Meanwhile, several medications experienced price reductions: valerian extract and “Sinupret” both dropped by 1.2%, “ACIPA” decreased by 0.8%, while the domestic products “Analgin” and “Miramistin” saw a decline of 0.4%.
