Argumentum Pharma will commission the first stage of its scientific and production pharmaceutical complex in the Dubna SEZ in the first quarter of 2026. The investor has already completed construction of the complex building and is now working on equipping the plant. The project investments are estimated at 1.8 billion rubles, according to the press service of the Ministry of Investment, Industry and Science of the Moscow Region.

The company plans to produce medicines to stabilize blood pressure during surgery, treat hypertension, tachycardia, and myocardial infarction, as well as medications for pain relief, including during childbirth. Additionally, Argumentum Pharma will manufacture import-substituting drugs included in the list of vital and essential drugs (VED). Oleg Levchenko, CEO of Argumentum Pharma, stated that each drug will undergo the necessary controls at all stages of production.

The pharmaceutical complex will occupy 8,000 square meters, featuring modern automated filling and packaging lines for vials, ampoules, and syringes. The project is expected to create approximately 100 jobs.

The start of construction at the Dubna SEZ became known in 2023. It was reported that the project would be implemented with the assistance of the Moscow Region Development Corporation.
