Russian biopharmaceutical firm Promomed and Vietnamese pharmaceutical corporation Vinapharm signed a memorandum of understanding in Hanoi
outlining cooperation in the commercialization and distribution of high-quality medicines, development of manufacturing technologies, technology transfer for biological products and biosimilars, as well as research and synthesis of new molecules, TASS reports.
The Chairman of Promomed, Petr Bely, stated that this collaboration is a key step for the company in broadening access to innovative drugs for healthcare professionals and patients, and in strengthening its presence in the Vietnamese market.
In June, at the Saint Petersburg International Economic Forum, the company finalized a cooperation agreement with Bahrain’s Riyada group.
