The scientific and practical conference “Code of Longevity. Trends 2026” took place at GUM department store on Red Square. The event brought together over 200 preventive medicine specialists, including dietitians, nutritionists, cosmetologists, and physicians from various fields.

As part of the scientific program, a session titled “Lifespan – Healthy Life. Cognitive and Sensory Health” was held. During the session, Dr. Alexey Danilov, MD, Head of the Department of Nervous Diseases at the Institute of Professional Education, Sechenov First Moscow State Medical University, delivered a detailed presentation on the role and potential of targeted probiotics, using the Bifistim product line as an example, in combating stress and promoting active longevity.

In addition, Professor Danilov announced the launch of a new joint initiative by the Association for Interdisciplinary Medicine and Sotex – “Stress Management.” The program aims to provide comprehensive support to physicians experiencing stress. This initiative holds social significance, as doctors and healthcare workers are among the most vulnerable to stress and emotional burnout.

The “Code of Longevity” event served as a platform for exchanging expertise in the field of prevention. Participation in the conference enabled the expansion of the target audience while implementing a strategy for the interdisciplinary promotion of products aimed at improving the state of the body’s microbiome, supporting gastrointestinal health, and fostering active longevity.
