Vietnam has simplified the registration of Russian drugs, said Russian Minister of Industry and Trade Anton Alikhanov. According to him, this will expand the presence of Russian companies with unique competencies in the development and production of high‑tech biological medicines.

“Now, when registering Russian products, it is not required to provide additional documents confirming that drug manufacturing complies with the requirements of U.S. and EU Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) rules,” he explained.

Anton Alikhanov specified that three drugs from the company Biocad for the treatment of oncological diseases have already been registered in the country, and six more are in the process of registration.

Furthermore, according to him, with the participation of the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade, an agreement has been developed and signed between the Russian Ministry of Health and the national health regulatory authority of Nicaragua on unilateral admission of Russian medicinal products and medical devices into the territory of the republic.
