The Federal Service for Supervision of Health in 2021 will open a Corporate University, reports FV, citing the head of the department, Alla Samoilova. According to her, the pandemic revealed the lack of multidisciplinary specialist controllers, and the creation of its own university is designed to solve this problem.
“An employee of the supervisory authority should have competencies in order to be a model of knowledge when entering a medical or pharmaceutical organization and be able to suggest how to improve the work of this organization,” explained Minister of Health Mikhail Murashko.
“We decided not to limit ourselves to individual schools, advanced training courses, but to create a corporate university,” Samoilova said during the final board of the regulator according to the results of 2020.
The head of Roszdravnadzor clarified that the university will be engaged in the formation of an educational platform for the strategic development of the personnel of the service, the development and implementation of tools for the accumulation and “dissemination of advanced knowledge and the translation of better experience.”
According to the publication, the first listeners will be employees of territorial bodies, as well as applicants for vacant positions. In the future, everyone will be able to become a free student of the open corporate university of Roszdravnadzor. Teachers will first act as employees of the central apparatus, and then – invited employees of universities and scientific institutes.
