The Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia has developed a draft decree of the Government of the Russian Federation “On approval of the Regulations of licensing the production of medicines and federal state licensing control over the production of medicines.”
The draft resolution is published on the official website of the regulation.gov.ru for public discussion and a procedure for assessing the regulatory impact.
The draft resolution was developed in order to bring the Regulation on licensing the production of medicines in accordance with the requirements provided by the Federal Law of July 31, 2020 No. 248-FL “On State Control (supervision) and municipal control in the Russian Federation “and draft federal law No. 1051647-7” On Amending Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation in Connection with the Adoption of the Federal Law “On State Control (supervision) and municipal control in the Russian Federation “in the revision adopted by the State Duma of the Russian Federation in the second reading on May 19, 2021 with the preservation of the periodicity and volume of control measures currently being carried out.
