Sanofi Russia Company implements a contract for the supply of alglucosidase alpha, lyophilisate for the preparation of concentrate for the preparation of infusion solution, 50 mg (Mayozaim) for 83.9 million rubles. The drug will be used to treat foundation wards with Pompe disease. The cost of treating one child by Mayozaim is 18.4 million rubles. per year.
Kanakinumab, lyophilisate for the preparation of a solution for subcutaneous administration, 150 mg (Ilaris) will be supplied by Pharmimex, the amount of the contract is 78.7 million rubles. The drug is designed to treat children with familial Mediterranean fever, cryopyrin-associated periodic syndrome and periodic syndrome associated with the tumor necrosis factor receptor.
Deliveries of both drugs should begin immediately after signing contracts, and be completed no later than July 1, 2021.
