On September 22 – 24, as part of the VI All-Russia
GMP Conference with international participation in St. Petersburg
, an operating stand with the VR-replica factory will be presented.

Virtual Plant 2.0 is a unique product that represents the production of solid forms of medicines in the form of virtual reality. The scenario of the characters’ actions inside the virtual simulation consists of several parts,  each of which most realistically reflects the process of the pharmaceutical inspection of drug production for its compliance with GMP requirements.

The Conference participants will be able to fully experience the scale of drug production, try themselves as a real inspector and conduct a virtual inspection of the plant for compliance with GMP standards.

The space of the virtual factory, in addition to the premises corresponding to the production process, includes the surrounding territory and office premises. The trainers at the Virtual Plant 2.0 site are the current qualified inspectors of the FBI “State Institute of Drugs and Good Practices” of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia.

The stand can be used not only to train beginner inspectors, but also to become a good simulator for maintaining a high level of competence of employees of the enterprise and the functioning of the pharmaceutical quality system. In addition, using the example of Virtual Factory 2.0, students of specialized universities can get acquainted with a real production site,  try themselves in the role of an employee of production, apply their knowledge in practice.

The operating stand of the Virtual Factory 2.0 will be open all days of the conference.

Preliminary registration is required for functional testing of the Virtual Factory 2.0 operating stand.
