The Russian Chemists Union (RCU) has announced the creation of an operational headquarters for anti-crisis measures aimed to support chemical complex enterprises of the Russian Federation. This was reported in the press service of the RCU.

The general management of the headquarters will be carried out by Viktor Ivanov, the President of the Russian Chemists Union.

“The President of the RCU announced the collection of reliable information on the current situation in the domestic and foreign markets directly from enterprises of the real economy engaged in industrial chemical production, in order to provide prompt responses to industrial and social problems that need to be resolved at the federal authorities level,” the message says.

The operational anti-crisis headquarters for the Russian chemical industry enterprises includes 15 vice-presidents and the executive director of the RCU.

Proposals and comments from domestic chemical industry enterprises will be received 24/7 by the Executive Directorate of the RCU at der@ruschemunion.ru, and then, after detailed examination by the experts, they will be sent to the competent ministries and departments.

As it became known earlier, the Ministry of Industry and Trade is working on the issue of dependence of Russian chemical enterprises on foreign supplies.
