It is planned that the territory of Pechatniki site of the Technopolis Moscow Special Economic Zone (SEZ) will have almost doubled by 2032, reaching the area of up to 77 hectares. The area of industrial and business spaces will grow approximately three times: up to 1.4 m square meters. The 130 companies operating at the site will be joined by new participants, including those from the pharmaceutical industry.
Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin announced plans for a significant expansion of the Pechatniki site in his Telegram channel, saying that new participants of the territory will conduct innovative activities in several key areas, including mechanical engineering and electric vehicles, microelectronics, pharmaceuticals, etc.
Currently, 47 of the companies operating at the site are residents of the SEZ. These include manufacturers of microelectronics, pharmaceutical products and medical equipment, high-tech building materials, electric vehicles and related components. They have already invested more than 20 bn rubles in their production facilities.
