The government intends to expand the list of goods eligible for the priority regime for expedited customs procedures to include essential products for research activities. Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin announced during a government meeting on September 7 that participants in industrial clusters, technology parks, and scientific institutes will be granted this right.
He highlighted that this approach will enable us to expedite the development of cutting-edge products and solutions, covering vital sectors such as microelectronics, unmanned transportation systems, additive technologies, and biochemistry. As a result, domestic businesses will have the ability to enhance their production of high-quality products.
