An Indian investor will invest more than 1 billion rubles in a pharmaceutical plant in Nevinnomyssk

Investments in the creation of a pharmaceutical enterprise in the Russian Nevinnomyssk (Stavropol Territory), planned by the Indian .J TRUST Educational Consultancy, are estimated at more than 1 billion rubles. The local TV channel was informed about this by the acting director of the State Unitary Enterprise IC “Stavropol Territory Development Corporation” Alexander Savchenko.

The site for the plant was selected on the territory of the Nevinnomyssk industrial park. “We have an Indian investor who plans to implement pharmaceutical production on the territory of the Nevinnomyssk regional industrial park with an investment volume of more than 1 billion rubles,” explained Savchenko.

As previously reported, AJ Trust Educational Consultancy intends to launch at the plant the production of a number of brands of medicines, the manufacturers of which have left the Russian market. “Indian investors noted that they consider the Stavropol Territory a priority site for the implementation of this project due to its favorable climate, logistics features and openness to investment,” noted the press service of the region’s governor, Vladimir Vladimirov.
