More than 1,500 applications were approved in the Russian Federation for the treatment of children with hepatitis C at the expense of the Circle of Kindness Foundation. Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova said that in 2023, drugs for the treatment of chronic hepatitis C in children were included in the list of purchases from the Circle of Kindness Foundation.
“This year, drugs for the treatment of chronic hepatitis C in children were included in the list of purchases at the expense of the Circle of Kindness Foundation, and in the second quarter of 2023, a targeted application campaign was carried out as soon as possible. The expert council approved and confirmed 1,550 applications for the treatment of children with hepatitis C,” she said.
