Sotex and Rafarma participated in the “Build Your Career – 2023” career forum at Voronezh State University of Engineering Technologies on November 29th. Cooperation with this university began in 2023. Representatives from companies within the “Production” segment of the Protek Group actively participated in the educational track “Business and Industry,” while also engaging with visitors at the stand. The focus was on students in such areas of training as “Chemical Technology”, “Chemistry”, “Biotechnology”.
Additionally, catering to the keenest participants and as an integral part of the educational track, the companies organized a business simulation game titled “Behind the scenes of a pharmaceutical company.” Throughout the game, students had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the characteristics of the production sector of the Protek Group of Companies. The company’s plant offered a unique opportunity to the top three performing students, granting them exclusive access to undergo industrial practice without any competition.
