Since September 1, 2023, the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Supervision (Rosselkhoznadzor) has granted a total of 220 permits for the introduction of immune-boosting veterinary drugs into the civil market, which includes vaccines. Of these, 192 are domestic, and 28 are foreign-made.
“A total of 236 applications have been submitted since September 1, that is, most of the applications have received permission,” commented Marina Osyanina, deputy head of the department for organizing state supervision in the field of circulation of medicines for veterinary use.
