Gloreka-Pharma is implementing an investment project in the Dmitrov district to create a medical device manufacturing facility, the press service of the Ministry of Investment, Industry and Science of the Moscow Region reports.
“As part of the project, Gloreca-Pharma will create a medical device manufacturing facility. The products will be used in aesthetic and clinical medicine. The investment in the project will amount to 284.5 million rubles, and the plant is scheduled to be launched in Q3 of 2026,” the statement quotes the head of the department, Ekaterina Zinovieva, as saying.
The production facility will be located on a 1-hectare land plot owned by the company. More than 80 jobs will be created at the enterprise.
The project has been included in the register of regional investment projects, which implies a reduction in taxes: profit tax will be reduced to 10% (from the usual 25%), and property tax will be reduced to zero for the first four years after the facility’s launch.
OOO Gloreka-Pharma was registered in the Moscow Region in January 2025. Its main activity is the production of medicines and materials for medical and veterinary purposes.
As previously reported, the production of medical equipment worth 300 million rubles will be launched in Dubna near Moscow in 2027. The project is implemented by Medtechplus.
