Viktor Fisenko appointed as first deputy Minister of Health of Russia

Deputy Minister of Health of Russia Mikhail Murashko – Viktor Fisenko – was appointed as first deputy. The corresponding order is published on the official Internet portal of legal information. In this post, he replaced Igor Kagramanyan, who was appointed as head of the government’s health department.

Since 2019, Fisenko held a post as vice-governor of Primorsky Krai. In March 2020, he was appointed as Deputy Minister of Health of the Russian Federation.

“To appoint Fisenko Viktor Sergeyevich as the first deputy minister of health of the Russian Federation, relieving him of his post”, the document says.

By another order, the prime minister appointed Sergei Glagolev as deputy minister of health. Glagolev previously headed the department of monitoring the effectiveness and safety of medical products of the Organization of State Quality Control of Medical Products of Roszdravnadzor, and recently, according to media reports, he worked as an adviser to Mikhail Murashko.
