The R-Pharm Group and Alpinion Medical Systems, a Korean manufacturer of medical equipment, have signed an agreement for commercialization of ultrasound diagnostics equipment for 10 years. The Group will supply ultrasound diagnostic systems of high class and expert class to the Russian Federation, according to R-Pharm’s press service.
It is stated that Alpinion is one of the world’s leading developer and manufacturer of effective high-precision diagnostic systems. “This is another step towards increasing the availability of modern, fast and high-quality diagnostics for hundreds of thousands of Russian patients,” said Elena Vyazmina, Director of the Department of Laboratory Diagnostics and Medical Equipment at R-Pharm.
R-Pharm cooperates with many foreign pharmaceutical companies and manufacturers of medical equipment and devices. For example, earlier in March, the Group announced its plans to intensify its partnership with Japan’s Fujifilm. Some of the products to be supplied by R-Pharm to Russia are AI-powered endoscopic systems.
