“The Federal Center for Animal Health, of Rosselkhoznadzor, produced the first batch of the Karnivak-Kov vaccine for the prevention of a new coronavirus infection in animals (COVID-19) in the amount of 17 thousand doses. Produced batch of the vaccine has already been booked and will be sent to a number of cities and regions of the Russian Federation as soon as possible, “said Melano. – The maximum volume of up to 3 million doses per month is today. In the future, if there is an order, this volume can be increased to 5 million. ”

Shipments of the drug will be sent to Moscow, Moscow Region, Republic of Crimea, St. Petersburg, Vladimir, Kirov, Izhevsk, Irkutsk, Magnitogorsk, Novosibirsk, Ryazan, Chelyabinsk, Tver, Tolyatti.

“The Russian market is actively expressing interest in acquiring the Karnivak-Kov vaccine for the prevention of a new coronavirus infection in animals COVID-19 manufactured by FGBI ARRIAH,” the department said.

Also, the Rosselkhoznadzor is preparing the registration of anti-COVID19 vaccine for animals in the EU.
