The Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation has approved a list of free medicines for patients who have suffered a stroke or heart attack. According to the order published on the official Internet portal of legal information, this list includes 23 drugs.

“It is hereby ordered: to approve the attached list of medicines for medical use to provide outpatient care for persons who have suffered acute cerebral circulatory disorders, myocardial infarction, and who have undergone coronary artery bypass grafting, coronary artery angioplasty with stenting, and catheter ablation in connection with cardiovascular diseases,” the order reads.
